Shipping information
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on proudodo.gr and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods.
At the moment, we only ship to Greece. For international orders, please contact info@proudodo.gr.
Shipments to all greek destinations are free of charge for orders valued € 50,00 or more, regardless of the quantity of your order. For orders valued less than € 50,00, the shipping charge is a fixed € 3,50 per order.
We are shipping to the address you have defined in your online order, with “Elta Courier”.
Orders are shipped every Monday and Thursday (working days) at 13:00, as long as there is no availability issue or any other cause of delay (eg. the need to verify the identification of the credit cardholder).
For destinations within Greece, it usually takes 1-2 working days for your purchase to be delivered to your door.
In case a product is not available immediately, you will be timely notified about the estimated delivery time by our sales department.
In case you want to return an item you purchased – and only when the item has not been opened, used and is accompanied by its receipt – please contact us by writing a Return Request within 14 days after delivery date. After the approval of the Request, you should make the return shipment within 3 days.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Dinners and American Express via VivaWallet or Paypal.
Also we accept bank transfer with 4€ extra fee of and cash on delivery with a 3€ extra fee.
We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, Proudodo.gr expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.
